RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Customer satisfaction is our primary concern. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us for an exchange or a refund within 30 days from the date of the item shipment to you. To return or exchange an item, please follow the following instructions:

1. Merchandise must be returned in a new and resalable condition.

2. Complete the exchange/return form that came with your order. Indicate the reason for your return using one of our codes. Please be as specific as possible to help us serve you better.

3. Carefully repackage the merchandise, in the original package if possible, and include the exchange/return form.

4. For your security, please mail the package back to the address listed on the exchange/return form via insured parcel post. We are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Once we receive the item, we will send an email confirmation and refund you your payment immediately.
The return postage is nonrefundable, except for the cases when the goods were damaged or the wrong item was shipped.
Goods are exchanged not later than two weeks from the date when they were returned.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy. Please email us within 10 calendar days from receiving a damaged shipment, or as soon as you determine that the shipment is lost.
State your order number and tracking number. Within one business day you will receive a relevant confirmation and instructions on the procedures for the return/exchange of the damaged goods.
